Terms & Conditions

By downloading, installing, accessing, or using the Dormico Hostel Management System ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the App. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and the App operator. You acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and all applicable laws and regulations.

To use the App, you must create an account by providing accurate, current, and complete information. You are responsible for: • Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials • Using a strong, unique password for your account • Not sharing your login credentials with any third party • All activities that occur under your account • Immediately notifying us of any unauthorized use

You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes. You shall not: • Violate any applicable laws or regulations • Infringe upon the rights of others • Upload or transmit viruses or malicious code • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any systems • Interfere with or disrupt the App's functionality • Use the App for any fraudulent or deceptive purposes

• All payments must be made through approved payment methods • Payment information is processed securely through encrypted channels • Transaction records are maintained for accounting purposes • Late payment charges may apply as per hostel policy • Refunds are subject to hostel refund policy

The App and all its contents are owned by the App operator and are protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for personal purposes. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on the App without prior written consent.

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR: • Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages • Loss of profits, data, or goodwill • Damages exceeding fees paid in the past twelve months • Any matter beyond our reasonable control

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. Upon termination: • Your access will be immediately revoked • Outstanding fees remain payable • Your data may be deleted after the retention period • Certain provisions survive termination

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Kerala.
